Tanya and John from my comic - Where the wind takes me. I basically wanted to draw Tanya looking pretty for once, as she's quite plain in the comic. And hey - Wtwtm is a romance/adventure, so I decided to draw a romantic picture, as I've never really done one before. It took me ages to get their arms and hands right, interaction is so hard to draw. And Tanya's ballgown... argh! That took forever! Although it turned out beautifully, I hated inking and shading it, especially all those little gold beads. I'm so glad I chose to cell shade this, if I'd soft shaded it would have taken years.
